Processing time

Every Kept Below piece is made by hand. Pieces that are in stock ship within 3–5 business days of your order. Commissioned pieces need extra time to pour and cure — we agree an estimated date with you before the work starts.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only. Live outside Canada and have your heart set on a piece? Write to us at kept.below@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Rates and methods

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address and the weight and size of the parcel, with Canada Post and Purolator options to choose from. Once your order is on its way you’ll get an email with a tracking number.

Packing

Resin is delicate, so every piece is wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a rigid box so it reaches you in perfect condition. A domino set ships in an 8 × 8 × 6 in box and weighs about 400 g.

Damage in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. We’ll put it right with a repair, a replacement or a refund.
